一、教学目标

  1、能够听、说、认读并在实际情境中运用1~3单元有关学校内场所、时间、天气状况的单词或短语;

  2、能在情境中正确运用1~3单元的核心句型:Where’s the…? It’s…/ What time is it now? It’s…/ What’s the weather like today? It’s…

  3、能够按照意群正确朗读对话内容并拓展应用。

二、教学重难点

  1、教学重点:巩固并运用1~3单元的核心句型。

  2、教学难点:在理解的基础上正确朗读文本内容并拓展应用。

三、教学准备

  1、词卡、句型条、通知张贴栏。

  2、多媒体教学辅助课件。

  3、一件夹克。

四、教学过程

(一)、热身(

  1、Greetings and self-introduction:

  T: Hello! Boys and girls!

  Ss: Hello! Mr. Jiang.

  T: Yeah, I’m Mr. Jiang. I’m from Jiu Jiang, and I’m form the Shuangfeng Primary School. (课件出示学校图片) Look! This is my school. It is very beautiful and it has a long history. I welcome you to come to my school. OK?

  Ss: OK!

  T: Today I’m very happy, because I have so many excellent students here. And you have a new and handsome English teacher, are you happy?

  Ss: Yes.

  T: Great!Hello, boy! What’s your name? Nice to meet you.

  T: Hello, girl! What’s your name? How are you?

  T: Boys and girls, it is winter now. The weather is becoming colder and colder, yes? Can you tell me: What’s the weather like today?(呈现句型条1)

  S: It’s…

  T: Good! Boys and girls, can you say any words about weather?

  Ss: …

  T: Now, I show, you read.

  Ss: Read the words。

  T: Now, let’s read together.

  T: Oh, excellent! Can you say any words about school?

  Ss: …

  T: Now, I show, you read.

  Ss: Read the words。

  T: Now, let’s read together.

  T: Great! (指着图书馆) Look! Do you have a library?

  S: Yes, we do.

  T: Where’s the library? (呈现句型条2)

  S: It’s on the first floor.

  T: Oh, thank you. You all did a good job. Now, let’s play a game: catch the bird. I say: What time is it? (呈现句型条3)You say: It’s… OK?

  Ss: OK!

  T: Let’s go!

  完成游戏

  T: Well done, thank you!

(二)、

  1、(出示Sarah的头像)T: Boys and girls, who’s that girl?

  S: She’s Sarah.

  T: Yes, and this is Sarah’s friend. What will they do? Let’s listen.(播放录音)

  T: There is a show today. Do you know “show”? (课件随即出示)

  Ss:…

  T: It means performance. For example, fashion show, talk show…Let’s listen again.

  Q1: Where is the show?

  Q2: What time is it? (讲解“at”4 o’ clock)

  T: Now, let’s read after the tape.

  T: Boys and girls, let’s read together, OK? I’m Sarah, you are Sarah’s friend, then exchange.

  2、T: Sarah and her friend prepare to go to the show. Look at the pictures. Can you ask any questions?

  Ss: What time is it now?

  What’s the weather like?

  根据学生所提问题,分别用图片和动画呈现答案。教授jacket一词,进行读音指导。

  T: Now, let’s read in groups, then exchange your roles.

  3、T: Wow, wonderful! Now, Sarah and her friend go to watch the show. But suddenly, the weather turns terrible. Guess! What’s the weather like now?

  Ss: It’s rainy/cloudy/windy/snowy.

  T: Let’s listen and check. Let’s listen again. I have a question: Where’s the library?

  S: It’s on the first floor.

  T: Now, let’s read after the tape. 教授rain一词。

  T: Let’s listen again.Why do they say: “Oh, no!”?

  S: 因为服装秀取消了。

  T: Yes, the fashion show was canceled, they feel very sorry about it. Can you act it out?

  师示范,生表演情景3。

(三)、巩固与拓展(

  T: Great! You all did a good job. Now, let’s relax. Please enjoy the whole cartoons.(学生欣赏完整动画)

  T: Wow! Beautiful cartoons. Boys and girls, I have two tasks for you. Task 1: Can you dub the story?(全班分成两组,分角色配音)

  T: Wow! You are so great! Boys and girls, It’s a pity that the show was canceled because of the rain. But I knew from Sarah’s school that the show will be hold tomorrow. And this is the notice. Can you introduce the notice to the foreigner friends? This is task 2: Design a notice. Look! I give you some tips. You should tell the time and the place, and the weather, and wish the guests a good time. Can you try? Please discuss with your partners. (学生4人一组设计通知,然后上台展示,教师张贴设计内容)

  T: Boys and girls, you all did a good job. Today Mr. Jiang is so happy that I had an English class with you, thank you. Look at the homework for today: Read the dialogue aloud and act it out with your friends. That’s all, thank you!
